Visiting this website

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, the requested page, request time, browser information and security events. The purpose is to operate a reliable, secure website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The site itself does not include visitor analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, embedded maps or externally hosted fonts. Its application code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Cloudflare security features may use necessary cookies depending on the configuration. Details are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its cookie documentation.

Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process the contact details, message and attachments you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage our business relationship. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. For enquiries about entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other business correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You do not need to provide personal information to browse the site.

Retention and recipients

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and longer where applicable legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require it. Technical information is subject to the hosting provider’s applicable retention arrangements. Authorised service providers may process information to deliver hosting, security and email services.

International processing

Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer safeguards must be covered by our service agreements, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability.
